Things You’ll Do
- Draft and review letters, reports, and other corporate secretarial documents.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange appointments.
- Handle distribution, recording, and documentation of correspondence, memos, and official documents.
- Prepare, submit for approval, and maintain records of reports and required documents for the Company’s Management.
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, meals, and work-related facilities.
What do we search :
- Graduated from Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, max 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
