In this role, you will uphold the mission of the AWE Network by managing essential information, coordinating with the Chairperson, and promoting an inclusive culture. By actively participating in planning and documenting meetings, you contribute to tackling gender inequality and enhancing patient care experience at EEAST.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep network information consistently updated
  • Collaborate with IT for online data accessibility
  • Maintain records of network members for effective outreach
  • Work with the Chairperson to plan yearly meetings
  • Accurately take meeting minutes and follow up on actions
