该职位来源于猎聘 Accountabilities: 1、To assist department head’s in managing all the assignments, appointments, meetings and related business activities, schedule daily agenda/tasks and prepare business trip, itinerary for department head. Ensure the department head’s schedule operates efficiently, with no omissions in critical matters. 2、Oversee daily administrative processes of the department (e.g., material requisition, expense reimbursement, office environment maintenance) to reduce the time team members spend on administrative tasks. 3、Manage the end-to-end organization of departmental regular meetings, special meetings, and team activities to ensure smooth execution and achievement of objectives. 4、Establish and maintain the department’s document system (e.g., rules/regulations, report templates, meeting records) to ensure information security and easy access. 5、Act as the administrative interface for the department, coordinating with other departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR, GM Office, etc.) and external vendors to drive efficient delivery of collaborative matters. 6、Regularly collect administrative-related data of the department (e.g., expense expenditure, event participation rate) and generate standardized reports to provide basic support for departmental decision-making. 7、Interaction with Global teams, and other activities request from TA head. Knowledge/ Academic Qualification: 1、Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in pharmacy, medicine, biology, chemistry, or other pharmaceutical-related fields are preferred. 2、Basic understanding of pharmaceutical R&D terminology (e.g., clinical trials, IND, NDA) and familiarity with the general drug development process (e.g., drug discovery, preclinical research, clinical trial phases, CMC). This reduces communication barriers across departments. Skills: 1、Skilled in office software such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint. 2、Fluent spoken and written English. Experience: 1、At least 5 years working experience as an administrative assistant or in a pharmaceutical R&D support role. Experience working in pharmaceutical companies, CROs (Contract Research Organizations), or research institutions is highly preferred. Competency: 1、Ability to work under pressure. 2、Ability to work without supervision and to use own initiative. 3、Ability to work effectively as a member of a team. 4、Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (e.g., supporting admin work for multiple R&D projects, coordinating multiple technical meetings) and adjust work priorities flexibly. 5、Quick ability to learn new pharmaceutical R&D policies.
