Job
Purpose
We’re looking for a highly
organized and detail-oriented
Senior Administrator to oversee administrative operations, manage basic financial tasks, and provide exceptional support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admin, excellent
communication skills
, and the ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support
* – Provide administrative assistance to
senior management
and team members
– Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
– Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
– Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
* Financial Management
* – Manage and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses

Communication
and
Collaboration
* – Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners
* Other Responsibilities
* – Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
– Stay
up-to-date
with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
– Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in administration, finance, or a related field
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
– Excellent
communication
