Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced caregiver with the ability to work with and in support of company administration and field staff. This individual will split time in the field and the office. The field work will consist of caregiver orientation, ensuring caregivers have needed supplies and providing back-up care services as needed to ensure open shifts are covered. The office work will include providing support for the daily operational activities. This is a great opportunity for a talented caregiver that wants to learn and gain operational and administrative experience in the Home Care Industry.

Qualifications:

Desire to be vested in the company and to learn work your way up.

Good mind for details and a strategic thinker

Trained in high-level personal care, preferably a CNA with heavy hands-on experience.

Reliable, trustworthy, and timely.

Must possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Ability to relate, motivate, and work well with others within each level of authority and responsibility.

Exceptional communication skills with a focus on quality patient care and customer satisfaction

Is flexible, cooperative, and a team player in fulfilling all obligations.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Good computer skills!

Supervises and ensures hands-on orientation and ongoing training for caregivers.

Responsible for ensuring coverage of assigned cases that cannot be filled; ensuring appropriate on-call/backup coverage is always in place.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
