About The Job

In this key operational role, you will support day-to-day HR operations and provide comprehensive support to employees and business units, while assisting leadership in HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.

  • Manage daily HR operations, including employee records, on-boarding, probation confirmations, transfers, and off-boarding workflows.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling for both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
  • Provide HR advisory to employees and line managers while assisting in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and counseling.
  • Support monthly payroll administration, attendance tracking, leave processing, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp).
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, maintain employee training logs, and process HRD Corp grant applications.
  • Assist in HR transformation projects, HRIS system implementation, and process automation to optimize workflows.

About The Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
  • Proven background in HR generalist operations, preferably within a manufacturing or high-tech operational environment.
  • Sound knowledge of local labor legislation (Malaysia Employment Act), statutory compliance standards, and payroll processes.
  • Experience managing both white-collar professional staff and blue-collar plant workers is an advantage.
  • Practical experience or involvement with HRIS/HRMS tools and HR process digitalization projects is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with an ability to work independently.
