As Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the company’s workforce strategy and enhancing overall organizational effectiveness. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Leading and directing the Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive, high-performance work environment.

Driving continuous improvements in HR policies, practices, and programs to optimize employee engagement, development, and retention.

Providing strategic HR leadership on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws, company policies, and industry standards.

Partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and operational excellence.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Two to Three years relevant experience in HR
Moderate Knowledge pf HR laws and regulations
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business Administration or HR preferred but not required
PHR to SHRM certification
Knowledge of HRIS software packages
Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, i.e. Cobra and FMLA.

JOB SKILLS / COMPETENCIES*:

Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize, keep meticulous records, attention to detail, follow-up and tact
Ability to work independently and in Team environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee matters and records is a must
The ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
