Senior Human Resources Consultant (1099 Contractor)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099) – 15 to 20 Hours a week.
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Consultant to support high-level strategic initiatives and execute critical HR assignments with precision and professionalism. This is a true 1099 contractor role, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable working with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute HR assignments with minimal oversight and high accountability.
· Provide strategic HR guidance, particularly in areas involving executive leadership and organizational change.
· Support CEO planning and execution, including stakeholder alignment and compensation practices.
· Deliver difficult or sensitive communications with professionalism and empathy.
· Advise on market trends and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation strategies.
· Collaborate with and advise the Executive Committee as needed.
Required Qualifications:
· Proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong track record of execution and strategic impact.
· Deep understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and market trends.
· Experience delivering difficult messages in a professional and constructive manner.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working directly with Executive Committees or C-suite leadership.
· Prior involvement in CEO succession planning or executive transitions is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $70,127.66 – $120,000.00 per year
