What You’ll Do:
As a Senior HR Generalist, you’ll report directly to the HR Manager and play a pivotal role in organizing and overseeing the daily functions of the HR department. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining hiring matrixes and coordinating closely with management on staffing needs.
Overseeing interview and orientation scheduling to ensure efficient hiring workflows.
Managing team workloads and ensuring timely task completion.
Leading recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding efforts.
Driving strategic employer branding across social media platforms.
Administering HR programs and responding to employee and supervisor inquiries.
Supporting investigations, terminations, and disciplinary meetings.
Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in all employment practices.
Staying current with HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Proven ability to lead, delegate, and manage tasks across a team.
Deep understanding of employment-related laws and HR best practices.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related HR software.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
