*What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Senior HR Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, understands both Western and Chinese work cultures, and can independently manage all aspects of HR operations.
*Responsibilities:
– Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
– Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
– Manage employee relations and performance review systems
– Draft, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
– Coordinate international HR logistics (visa, contracts, payroll support, etc.)
* Requirements:
– Native-level Mandarin Chinese; strong spoken and written English
– 4+ years of HR experience
– Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
– Familiar with U.S. labor law and international hiring practices
– Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work independently
