Position: Senior / Patient Service Associate (Imaging Centre)
Description:
Perform front-desk duties such as registration of patients and scheduling of appointments.
Attend to enquiries.
Billing and collection of payments.
Administrative duties such as claims submission.
Assist nurses & radiographers as required.
Deliver high quality of patient care experience.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent.
Good interpersonal
communication skills
.
Excellent customer-service mindset.
Able to multi-task and work in a
fast-paced environment
.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
5.5 days workweek (1 Saturday-off per month).Able to work overtime.
Candidates with more experience may be appointed to a senior role.
