Role Description The Senior Training Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cyberjaya, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing training programs for corporate clients, including scheduling sessions, managing participant registrations, and liaising with trainers and certification bodies. The Senior Training Executive will monitor training progress, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain training records and reports. Responsibilities also include engaging with clients to understand their learning needs, proposing suitable training solutions, and supporting continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end training operations and a high-quality learner experience.
Qualifications
- Strong training coordination and administration skills, including scheduling, logistics management, and documentation of training activities.
- Experience in stakeholder and client management, with the ability to understand corporate learning needs and provide appropriate training solutions.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and learning platforms (e.g., learning management systems, video conferencing platforms, and office productivity software).
- Solid analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to track training metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and support trainers and participants effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in corporate training, learning and development, or education services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with certification programs and professional development frameworks is an advantage.
