Vertiv is seeking to add an Administrator to our high performing Melbourne team!

The purpose of this position is to provide a point of co-ordination for the daily activities of the Service Department, supporting the Service Operations Manager and providing a point of contact for the customer. This position also ensures the accurate and timely processing of all administration works associated with the Thermal & Power Service Department for the State.

Responsibilities

Receiving & dispatching of parts and goods in Oracle

Invoicing of jobs when completed to ensure revenue streams are constant for the branch

Receipting & reconciling Supplier & Sub-Contractor invoices forwarding for payment

Check service reports & Warranty Claim forms for accuracy before sending to Head Office

Maintenance of stationary, computer & photocopier supplies for Service team

Filing & general clerical / administration duties as needed

Ensure work is of high standard promoting quality image to customers and suppliers

Any other Administrative duties as deemed necessary to ensure smooth operation in Services

Coordination of Client Purchase Orders for Service calls

Assist branch with receiving of parts in Warehouse & manage inventory

Requirements

3+ years administration experience in a similar environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Customer-centric & Interpersonal relationship management skills

Attention to detail & prioritisation capability

Time management & Well organised
