Job
purpose
:
We are seeking who can handle different cycles or levels of service order processing like Quotations, Order processing , Invoicing and AR Follow up. Person to be good in SAP /CRM/ other ERP and Excel. He / she must have good
communication
and writing skills.
Main Accountabilities :
Order booking of different types of orders for AMC / Spare / Accessories / different types of Services.
Sending quotations for all after sales activities
Allocating + handling assignments to all field engineers
Keeping track + raising invoices based on schedule.
Should have good knowledge of Compaliance tracking.
AR Follow up with internal / external customers.
Maintains the CRM / SAP database
Job Specifications :
Education
: Â BCOM, BSC or any equivalent graduation.
Work Experience : Â Min 4 – 5 years in Order Processing, Order entry or billing.
Other Skills :
Proven demonstration of engagement and high performance day-to-day
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
strong customer service skills
At least 2 years of direct customer service experience
Understanding of Finance + TAX systems and processes
Accurate and timely data entry skills
Experience in working customers to resolve order issues
Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook along with ERPs like SAP and CRM
