Role Overview

The Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring daily service operations run smoothly and efficiently. While many appointments are pre-scheduled by the Maintenance Agreement Coordinator, the Service Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and optimizing the current day’s schedule. This includes reassignment of jobs based on technician qualifications, availability, and geographic efficiency.

This position offers earning potential of up to $68,000 annually, including base pay, commissions, and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the live dispatch board for same-day scheduling needs.

Reassign or adjust service and maintenance calls based on technician skills, availability, and location.

Receive and log incoming service requests from customers.

Ensure every call is entered accurately into Service Titan.

Schedule follow-up visits as needed with both the technician and customer.

Prioritize efficiency in call flow and technician routing.

Verify that service types align with technician qualifications.

Serve as the final checkpoint before dispatching calls.

Communicate with customers if technicians are ahead of or behind schedule.

Track and follow up on open service recommendations.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of customer service practices.

Proficiency with software such as Service Titan, Microsoft Office, and general database systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High attention to detail for accurate data entry and call matching.

Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead and direct workflow in a high-paced environment.

Familiarity with company Core Values and ability to embody them daily.

Requirements

Regular and punctual attendance is essential.

Must be flexible to work overtime when necessary.

Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced administrative or dispatch role.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to read, write, and view information on screens and paper.

Must be able to communicate via phone and in person.

Frequent use of hands for typing and general office functions.

Must be able to occasionally lift up to 10 lbs, bend, reach, and move within an office environment.
