In this role you will be responsible for answering phone calls and directing them as required, liaising with engineers and customers for service jobs ensuring a high level of customer service, as well as raising and booking both planned and reactive service and maintenance jobs. This role would suit a Service Coordinator or similar looking to become a staple part of a
