JOB SUMMARY:

Serve as first point of contact for client inquires and requests, and track issues to resolution. Provide general administrative duties in support of an outstanding client service experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

BA in Business Administration or 4 years related work equivalent in experience

Experience

2-4 years related work experience

License or Certification

Valid driver’s license

Specialized Skills

Strong internal and external customer service

Ability to demonstrate a positive professional demeanor and contribute to a culture of excellence

Effective oral and writtencommunication

Demonstrated ability to timely and proactively follow up on and resolve problems

Proven track recordof very highattention to detailand organization

Proven ability to work within time constraints with limited supervision

Ability to prioritize workload and change direction quickly depending on deadlines

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems

Strong understanding of CA labor unions requirements

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, withattention to detail

Bi-lingual English/Spanish required, including ability to read, interpret and translate documents and make verbal presentations

Ability to read, write and comprehend English

Ability to speak effectively before employees individually or in a group setting
