Relevant Experience: 6+ yrs
Duration: 6-12+ months
- Good experience in providing L2/L3 production support under stringent SLAs
- Developed and customized HRSD solutions using HR Case Management and Employee Service Center.
- Configured HR Services, Record Producers, and Catalog Items for employee requests.
- Implemented Lifecycle Events for onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Created workflows and Flow Designer automations to streamline HR operations.
- Developed Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Integrated ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as Active Directory and third-party HR applications.
- Built reports and dashboards to track HR service performance and KPIs.
