Job Summary
Responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and ROC, ensuring platform stability, security, performance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ServiceNow instances, users, roles, ACLs, configurations, upgrades, and patches.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ensure governance, security, compliance, and change management standards.
- Support developers and operations teams with workflows, integrations, testing, and deployments.
- Administer ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, and HAM.
- Perform incident investigation, RCA, and maintain platform documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6–10+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
- ServiceNow CSA preferred; CAD and ITIL certification are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, CMDB, ACLs, upgrades, performance tuning, and governance.
