Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile forex trades and payments accurately and timely.
- Ensure settlements are executed efficiently with counterparties, liquidity providers, and banks.
- Monitor trade discrepancies, unmatched transactions, and settlement failures, resolving issues proactively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (trading, finance, risk) and external counterparties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Handle daily funding, currency conversions, and payment instructions to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Verify transaction details, swift messages, and payment confirmations to prevent errors.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ledger reviews to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of settlement reports and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and forex regulations.
- Support audits and internal controls related to settlements and risk management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in forex settlements, payment operations, or treasury.
- Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5, SWIFT payments, wire transfers, and forex instruments.
- Familiarity with banking processes, reconciliation tools, and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and a 5-day work schedule.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
