We are currently recruiting for a friendly and cheerful caretaker for a sheltered housing retirement service based in the Westminster area. This is an independent living service for residents aged 55 and over. To be the first point of contact for residents and visitors to the service. Making contact with the residents daily and checking their welfare, having a chat and Reporting any faults or repairs Health and safety compliance of the building, emergency lighting checks, fire panel checks, Signposting information of local services To build familiarity with the residents Ensuring the property is welcoming to guests and residents of the service.
There are admin tasks included within the role, keeping accurate records, responding to emails, managing spreadsheets etc The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a role of a similar nature and a similar client group. Full job description available on request Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 12.00 / 1pm Hours; 15/20 hours per week, This is a permanent position directly with our client.
