Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Shipment bookings and documentation
- Monitor Container Movement (CMO)
- Prepare shipping instructions accurately
- Coordinate with buyers on shipment arrangements
- Liaise with suppliers on cargo readiness
- Follow up with forwarders/carriers on shipment and delivery status
- Manage day-to-day export shipping operations
- Maintain proper documentation for stock receipt and delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM, Certificate, or Diploma (Logistics/Transportation or related field)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in Logistics/Export is an advantage
- Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Knowledge of forwarding and customs procedures is preferred
