Job Objective
The Showroom Administrator plays a vital support role as part of the operations team at the Analog:Shift office, this person will assist in enhancing customer experience, supporting the sales and operations teams in their daily duties as well as coordinating executive-level schedules and events at the office.
The successful candidate will be a motivated performer with a background in office or retail administration who is driven to increase efficiencies, follow standardize processes, and is passionate about delighting external customers while assisting internal team members daily.
Responsibilities
Maintain and organize store operation files, documents, and forms published in a standardized filing system.
Answer the phones, transfer calls, and take messages for the office team members.
Maintain and coordinate maintenance schedules with outside vendors.
Review office supply demands, analyze trends and adjust budgetary needs as needed on a monthly basis.
Organize, file and complete expense reports for team executives using SAP Concur.
Assist in coordination and planning of meetings and travel for company executives.
Maintain schedules and provide daily assistance to team members at the Director-level and up within the department.
Assist with daily office operations, stock transfers, collateral organization and filing systems.
Assist with Physical Inventory and Audit procedures.
Support retail teams in processing sales transactions, manage policy and procedural initiatives aligned with our company guidelines.
Perform all duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Knowledge And Skills Required
Education
High School Degree/College Degree.
Experience
Previous experience in office or retail Administration and Operations

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 annually
