POLISO is a fast-growing lifestyle retail brand and part of Xingyun Group, offering a wide selection of affordable, high-quality products across categories such as household essentials, beauty, stationery, toys, fashion accessories, and other daily necessities.
Responsibilities
1. Store Site Selection and Evaluation:
- Identify potential store locations based on the company’s expansion strategy and conduct market research
- and site analysis.
- Assess target areas in terms of foot traffic, consumer demographics, and competition to provide location
- recommendations.
- Coordinate with third parties (e.g., real estate agents, landlords) to acquire high-quality property resources.
2. Business Negotiation and Contract Signing:
- Participate in lease negotiations and follow up on the lease contract signing process to ensure favorable
- terms for the company.
- Coordinate with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance and smooth execution of contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and property management to secure advantageous leasing
- conditions.
3. Market Expansion and Resource Integration:
- Continuously gather and update market and competitor information to identify potential expansion
- opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial real estate partners and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the formulation of store expansion plans and achieve the company’s expansion targets.
4. Project Management of Store Expansion:
- Track store expansion progress and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely
- delivery.
- Address issues arising during the expansion process to ensure a smooth store opening.
- Support store opening preparations and collaborate with operations, engineering, and design teams for
- seamless handovers.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly provide expansion progress reports and analyze expansion data to support management decisions.
- Monitor post-opening store performance and adjust expansion strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
1. Associate’s degree or above in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or related fields.
2. 2+ years in retail expansion, commercial real estate, or site selection (supermarkets, restaurants, convenience
stores preferred).
3. Expertise in site selection, business district analysis, lease negotiations, and project follow-ups.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
5. Responsible, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
6. Strong industry network, local market knowledge, and willingness to travel. WILLING TO BE PLACED IN PALEMBANG
