Skincare consultant:

Greet and receive clients at the front desk
To attend to enquiries and recruit clients for aesthetic procedures.
Follow up on available client data and / or seek new data and schedule them for treatment / consultation.
Registration of clients, managing case notes, preparing agreement and consent forms for clients.
Assist in treatments, maintain sterility and other related activities.
Aesthetic supplies inventory management and ensuring availability of supplies.
Post-treatment follow-up.
Update client database, case note, treatment data, including appointment and payment details into the it system.

Marketing & sales:

To overlook and assist in company’s aesthetic marketing activities, including monitoring the social medial platforms and to ensure social media content are updated as per the monthly planner.
To assist in generating leads and converting them to potential clients.
To promote the monthly marketing activities (promotions) to potential leads and existing clients.
To monitor the client chat bot platform and automation.

Operations (cc):

To assists the course coordinator and student affairs executive as and when needed.
To assist in the company’s daily operations and to ensure a smooth operation.
