Small Parcel Shipper / Data Entry Jobs in Cooper City, FL at Name Badges, Inc.
We are an online based company that ships out about 300 small packages (under 1lb) a day. This is a DATA ENTRY AND SMALL PARTS PACKING/SHIPPINGPOSITION with heavy emphasis on DATA ENTRY & PICKING.
We will teach you the back end of our system and all of our standards.
This is a full time shipping position, hours are 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM
Job responsibilities include the following:
Reviewing orders and picking all necessaries parts.
Ensuring contents of order are complete and accurate.
Preparing shipping labels (USPS/FedEx/UPS)- Domestic & International.
Tracking lost packages and getting reimbursed by the carrier.
Contacting customers to obtain correct shipping account numbers.
Inventory cycle counts and maintaining your inventory.
Lifting boxes up to 30lbs
Requirements:
English Speaking and Writing
Organization
Speed/Accuracy
Ability to multitask
Ability to speak professionally over the phone and in person
Ability to write professional emails
Able to work well and communicate with interoffice personnel
Reliable transportation
Note there is random drug testing and a background check for all employees.
Any prior customer service, shipping, picking, and inventory control history is a plus (these are small packages so no need for forklift experience).
