Qualifications
- Strong interest in the fragrance industry (local, designer, middle eastern)
- Active on Instagram, Threads and TikTok, understands platform culture & behavior
- Naturally communicative and knows how to engage with audiences in a relatable way
- Has a good sense of tone, humor, and timing in online conversations
- Detail-oriented and responsive
- Up to date with pop culture and internet trends
Requrements
- At least a diploma graduate is required or final year with no classes to attend
- Manage daily interactions across Instagram, Threads and TikTok (comments, DMs, replies, content uploads)
- Actively engage with the audience to build a strong and loyal community
- Initiate conversations, be aware of trends, and participate in relevant discussions
- Able to work on-site (WFO) in West Jakarta
- (Plus) Experience managing brand or community accounts
- (Plus) Fluent in English
