Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media content plans and calendars across relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content, including captions, carousels, short videos, and campaign materials.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to generate relevant content ideas.
- Manage audience engagement and support campaigns for company, academy, community, and recruitment initiatives.
- Track content performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Final-year student, fresh graduate, or early-career professional.
- Strong interest in social media, content marketing, branding, or digital communication.
- Good copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and current content trends.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is preferred.
- Interest in business, consulting, supply chain, education, or career development is a plus.
