Are you passionate about social media, luxury brands, and creating content that makes people stop scrolling? ✨
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across the real estate and luxury resort space. You’ll play a key role in growing our audience, strengthening our brand, and turning ideas into engaging content.
What You’ll Do:
• Strategy & Planning: Define campaign goals, establish target audience personas, map out platform-specific strategies, and manage content calendars.
• Content Creation & Curation: Draft engaging copy, oversee visual asset creation including graphics, photos, and short-form video, and adapt formats for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Community Management: Monitor messages and comments, engage with followers in real time, build brand loyalty, and handle reputation management or customer service escalations.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion, and follower growth. Compile regular performance reports and optimize strategy using data insights.
• Trend Identification & Innovation: Stay current with platform algorithm changes, emerging content trends, viral audio, and social media tools to keep the brand relevant.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and other marketing team members to align social campaigns with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
• Proven track record as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
• ️ Prior experience in the real estate or luxury resort sector is highly desired.
• ✍️ Strong written communication, analytical, and project management skills.
