We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and highly proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help build PP into a globally recognized brand.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for growing PP’s presence across social media platforms and helping establish PP as a recognizable consumer brand.
This role combines:
- Social Media Management
- Content Creation
- Short Form Video Editing
- Community Growth
- Content Strategy
We are looking for someone who can think creatively, move fast, and execute independently.
ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Capture content using a smartphone camera
- Film reels, behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, trends, and lifestyle content
- Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and future channels
- Schedule and publish content
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Monitor trends and identify viral opportunities
Content Strategy
- Develop monthly content calendars
- Create growth strategies for each platform
- Plan campaigns, launches, and community initiatives
- Research competitors and emerging social trends
Editing
- Edit reels and short-form videos
- Add captions, transitions, music, hooks, and storytelling elements
- Create visually engaging content optimized for social platforms
Community Building
- Engage with comments and messages
- Build relationships with creators and photographers
- Help grow and nurture the PP community
RequirementsMust Have
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X, and modern social media trends
- Experience creating viral or high-performing social media content
- Confident using smartphone cameras for content creation
- Strong reel and short-form video editing skills
- Experience with tools such as:
- CapCut
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro (optional)
- Final Cut Pro (optional)

- Photography experience
- Travel and lifestyle content experience
- Experience working with startups
- Understanding of influencer marketing
- Basic graphic design skills
