Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to fill a dual role as Social Media & Marketing Coordinator and Front Desk Receptionist. This position is ideal for someone who is both creative and client-focused—someone who loves connecting with people, building a brand, and being the first friendly face clients see when they walk in.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk / Client Experience

Welcome and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanor

Manage scheduling and booking software

Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries

Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and retail area

Process payments and accurately track client visits and purchases

Marketing & Social Media

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms

Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos during daily operations and special events

Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools

Write captions, email campaigns, and newsletters that reflect our brand voice

Track performance analytics and report insights to the leadership team

Support marketing efforts for new launches, partnerships, and seasonal specials

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in social media marketing and/or front desk roles

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable creating and editing content across digital platforms

Passion for wellness, aesthetics, and functional medicine

Familiarity with IV therapy and supplements is a plus

Weekend availability is required (rotating schedule)
