Job Responsibilties
- Responsible for spare parts service delivery support within the assigned region, including performance monitoring and KPI management. Accountable for spare parts cost control, inventory turnover efficiency, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and implement spare parts warehouse management standards, including spare parts inbound/outbound processes and spare parts inventory replenishment request procedures.
- Responsible for business planning and optimization of key spare parts management modules, including spare parts stocking strategy, warehouse management, inventory control, loan and return management, and asset security management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above qualification with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently. Strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and stress management skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese (spoken, written, reading, and comprehension) is preferred. Good command of English communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to use English as a working language.
- Minimum 2 years of spare parts service delivery experience in telecommunications or IT-related products, including spare parts warehouse and logistics network planning, spare parts demand planning, scheduling, and allocation management.
