I’m looking for my next Special Officer.
But I’m not looking for someone who simply manages my calendar, takes notes or follows instructions.
I’m looking for someone who wants to understand how a CEO thinks, how decisions are made, how opportunities are evaluated, and how ideas move from a conversation into execution.
You will be exposed to strategy, technology, AI, government digitalisation, business development, partnerships, investment discussions and some very ambitious projects.
Some days will be structured.
Some days definitely won’t be.
You need to be curious.
You need to learn fast.
You need to communicate well.
You need to be comfortable around senior stakeholders.
And most importantly, you need the attitude to make things happen.
Experience matters.
But for this role, potential matters even more.
I’m not looking for someone to stay small beside me.
I’m looking for someone I can help grow from good to great.
And one day, when you are ready for something bigger, I probably won’t stop you either.
That’s part of the journey.
