Location: Aneurin Leisure Sport Centre
Salary: £24,404 FTE / £12.65 per hour
Hours: Evening, weekend & public holiday shifts required
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers with bookings and enquiries
Handle cash and card transactions, balancing payments daily
Manage phone calls and direct queries efficiently
Issue equipment and tickets for sports activities & events
Ensure a smooth and welcoming reception experience for all visitors
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: 3 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent, plus a BTEC in Business Admin/Customer Service (or willingness to train)
Skills: Excellent communication, customer service & IT skills
Experience: Cash handling & working in a busy environment (desirable)
Attributes: Calm under pressure, organised, and a team player
