Key Responsibilities:
People Partnership and Support
Collaborate with Director, People Business Partner to build strong relationships with business leaders.
Identify talent gaps and recommend actionable solutions aligned with business goals.
People Program Execution
Support and facilitate core People processes such as Talent Reviews, Calibration, Compensation Cycles, 360 Feedback, Succession Planning, and Engagement Planning.
Develop and execute communication plans to support change management and People Team initiatives.
Data & Analytics
Leverage People data to generate insights, track KPIs, and support decision-making.
Maintain and enhance People dashboards; deliver ad-hoc reporting as needed.
Workforce Planning & Budgeting
Partner with Brand Finance and Compensation teams to manage headcount budgets and monthly forecasts.
Support organizational design and workforce planning efforts.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
Manage employee changes and transactions in Workday.
Coordinate employee relocations and internal mobility processes.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and onboarding for assigned client groups.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Demonstrated understanding of Human Resources fundamentals, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compensation planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); advanced Excel skills a plus.
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and maturity
Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
