Egybell is hiring a Data Entry Executive for a reputable travel agency located in El Mohandessen.
Role RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Information Systems, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in data entry, hotel contracting, travel operations, or a similar role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.Very Good in English is a mustJuniper experience is a mustStrong knowledge of hotel contracting, static and dynamic contract rate plans, and channel managementAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities:Review and activate static and dynamic hotel contractsMaintain accurate hotel rates, pricing, room allocations and availabilityVerify hotel data and ensure data quality through regular auditsCoordinate with Contracting teams hotels and channel managersMonitor contract activation within the required timelinesHandle uploading issues and follow up on system updatesReview promotional offers and negotiator reportsLead support and monitor the performance of the data entry teamTrain team members and ensure compliance with company standards
