Prepare and process PIB (Import Declaration) and PEB (Export Declaration) accurately and on time.
Review import and export documents to ensure completeness and compliance with customs requirements.
Process customs documentation through CEISA 4.0 and/or SSm Pengangkut as required.
Coordinate customs clearance processes with Bea Cukai, TPS, terminal, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties.
Monitor the customs clearance process and follow up on any documentation or system issues.
Coordinate the release of import/export cargo from TPS/terminal and ensure smooth cargo movement.
Verify supporting documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, COO, and other shipment documents.
Maintain accurate records and filing of customs and shipment documentation.
Communicate shipment and customs clearance status to internal teams and relevant customers.
Identify potential customs/documentation issues and coordinate corrective actions to prevent delays or additional costs.
Ensure all customs activities comply with applicable Indonesian customs regulations and company procedures.
Support other operational and EXIM activities as required.
