Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the staffing process as in recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of our pool staff ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively across all locations and that hires are supported from their first interview to their first day on the job. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Coordinate staffing needs by assessing requirements and matching candidates with appropriate roles.
Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and placements using computerized systems.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office management protocols.
Proofread documents and communications for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Coordinate staff schedules in collaboration with operation managers.
Maintain communication with new and current employees to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Utilize scheduling tools and software to organize shifts, track staffs availability, and manage coverage.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and job applicants.
Act as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate effective communication regarding staffing needs.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong administrative skills with experience in office management and clerical duties.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service mindset.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality written communications.
Experience planning and conducting employee orientations.
Proficient in scheduling software and basic office tools (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.)
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in HR or office management are a plus.
