Job Description

Job Summary: The Stock Controller is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining

inventory accuracy of production supplies, consumable materials, and tools &

equipment. The role ensures timely stock availability, proper storage, accurate

inventory records, issuance control, and compliance with company inventory

management procedures to support uninterrupted plant operations.

  • Essential Duties Responsibilities:
  • Control Production Supplies
  • Receive and check production supplies.
  • Store materials in the correct location.
  • Issue materials to users based on approved requests.
  • Update stock records after receiving and issuing.
  • Control Consumable Materials
  • Monitor stock levels of consumable items.
  • Issue consumables to assembly line
  • Report low stock for replenishment.
  • Keep storage areas clean and organized.
  • Control Tools & Equipment
  • Record tool and equipment issuance and return.
  • Maintain a list of tools and equipment.
  • Check condition of tools before and after use.
  • Report damaged or missing tools to the supervisor.
  • Inventory & Record Keeping
  • Maintain accurate stock records.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly stock counts.
  • Assist with physical inventory checks.
  • Report stock discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Housekeeping & Safety
  • Keep the storage area clean and well organized.
  • Follow company safety rules and 5S activities.
  • Ensure materials and tools are stored safely.

Job Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or associate degree.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse operations is preferred.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience in warehouse or stock control is an advantage.

Skills

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
  • Good organization and attention to detail.
  • Honest and responsible.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Basic numerical and record-keeping skill
