Sparks Sports (part of SEVEN Retail Group) is looking for a structured, patient, and proactive Student Advisor Retention (SAR) to join our growing team! 🏀🏸
The goal is simple: to be the bridge between our students/parents and their sports goals by ensuring they have the best experience and continue their journey with us.
📍 Placement Areas:
Greater Jakarta: BSD, Margonda Depok, Pejaten, Tangerang City, Kalimalang, Cikarang, Bekasi (Harapan Indah & Kemang Pratama), Karawaci, Kelapa Gading, Tanjung Duren | Bogor: Pajajaran | Bandung: Merdeka | Surabaya: Klampis | Yogyakarta.
✅ Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree (any major).
– 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Retention, or Sales.
– Comfortable managing 50–200 active clients simultaneously.
– Highly organized and disciplined in tracking data (CRM/Google Sheets).
– Strong emotional stability to handle complaints and difficult conversations.
– Proactive in identifying churn risks and comfortable discussing renewals & pricing.
