Job Description
- Design and deliver structured, personalized learning plans for Siap Kuliah students
- Track and evaluate students’ academic progress and readiness for higher education admissions
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with students and parents/guardians regarding academic development and admission preparation
- Collaborate with facilitators to ensure alignment on students’ learning progress and needs
- Address and resolve feedback, concerns, or challenges raised by students and parents/guardians
- Present students’ progress and provide strategic recommendations during progress conferences with parents/guardians
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in teaching, mentoring, or counseling teenagers (experience gained during university is acceptable for fresh graduates)
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated interest in international higher education and admissions preparation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
