As a Student – Plan Administrator, you will play a key role in analyzing and processing requests related to savings and retirement plans.

What you will accomplish with us Preparing files to be sent to clients
Reviewing files to ensure compliance
Following up with clients by email to obtain missing information when required
Entering client information into the system
Processing simple financial transactions in the system
Performing various administrative tasks as needed
What could accelerate your success in this role Is currently a CEGEP or university student in administration or a related field
Is available to work 14-15 hours per week during academic sessions (daytime, Monday to Friday) and full-time during the summer
Demonstrates strong learning agility and curiosity
Can effectively manage stress in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Is recognized for a positive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Is comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite
Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing, while carrying out administrative tasks, with English-speaking internal and external colleagues and partners across Canada on a daily basis
Has excellent French communication skills, both spoken and written

The typical hiring range for this position is $23.50 to $28.75 CAD per hour; the base salary offered varies according to years of study and the position status (student or intern).
