ELE USAL Indonesia is the official Spanish academy of the University of Salamanca in Indonesia — bringing world-class Spanish education to Indonesia through native-speaking teachers, small class sizes, and the renowned methodology of the University of Salamanca.
We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and student-focused professional to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for prospective students and help shape our academy’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clear, professional, and courteous information about the courses to prospective students, and advise them on the most suitable options based on their needs.
- Convert inquiries into enrolment through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up.
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls and social media.
- Schedule placement tests and trial lessons.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students throughout the enrolment process.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and student registration documents.
- Assist in organising open days, workshops, and promotional events.
- Support social media activities and marketing campaigns.
- Build relationships with schools, companies, and local partners.
- Maintain accurate student records using the academy management system.
- Work closely with the Director of Studies to ensure an outstanding student experience.
- Support in administration and invoicing.
What We’re Looking For
- An Indonesian citizen with a Bachelor’s Degree in any field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and in sales, admissions, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to students.
- Friendly, energetic and confident personality.
- Well organised and detail-oriented.
- Tech-savvy with WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in education, language schools, or training centres is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Working Hours & Flexibility
- This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
- The working schedule will be arranged in accordance with the academy timetable.
- Shifts may be in the morning or afternoon/evening, depending on class schedules.
- Saturday work may be required, with the corresponding day off during the week.
- Flexibility is essential, especially during course enrolment periods and academy events.
