Role Description The Admission and Compliance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Johar Town. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, including reviewing applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that applicants meet institutional and regulatory requirements. The officer will maintain accurate records, monitor compliance with visa and immigration guidelines, and liaise with universities, students, and internal teams to resolve queries and discrepancies. Daily tasks include advising students on admission procedures, updating databases and tracking systems, preparing and reviewing offer letters, and ensuring that policies and procedures are followed consistently. The role also involves supporting process improvements, contributing to reporting and audits, and upholding high standards of service and integrity in all interactions.
Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including experience with application processing, document verification, and record management.
  • Knowledge of admissions, visa, and compliance procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply institutional and regulatory requirements accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance to students and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools and student information systems; comfort with data entry, reporting, and basic analysis.
  • Attention to detail, sound judgment, and a high level of integrity when handling sensitive information and making eligibility decisions.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in Johar Town, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, Management, or related discipline; prior experience in admissions, compliance, or higher education is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with international education systems and recruitment processes, and a demonstrated commitment to supporting diverse student populations.
