Job Requirements
Job Purpose
To carry out supervision that operators work as per procedure, and to achieve target production by maintaining quality in all shift.
Job Description
- Production: To change the lot/ count change with in standard time. To change the materials as per production program. To support the department, manage to achieved productivity & VAP in the department.
- Product Quality: To achieve product quality as per ABY norms. To segregate inferior quality material. To maintain colour coding as per product.
- Manpower: To maintain the discipline. To monitors the working performance of each person.
- Product Processing: To ensure that different product mix are processed as per colour code system laid down.
- Reporting the problem: To report any machine problem to the technical Manager.
- Workers Development: To ensure that workers trained.
