Title: Subscription & Operation executive (Telco/Fintech)

- Own and manage end-to-end subscription lifecycle, including activation, renewal, retention, and churn control.
- Monitor recurring billing performance, payment success rates, and revenue collection.
- Drive follow-ups on failed, overdue, or at-risk subscription payments.
- Analyse subscription performance trends and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Oversee subscription data integrity across CRM and billing systems.
- Coordinate across Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and external partners.
- Monitor service fulfilment (repairs/claims) impacting customer retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare revenue, subscription health, and operational performance reports.
- Support KPI tracking, forecasting inputs, and process optimisation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and service programme standards.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in subscription business, telco, fintech, payment gateway, or customer lifecycle operations.
- Strong understanding of recurring billing, payment flows, or revenue operations.
- Experience in retention, renewals, or subscription-based revenue models preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and performance-driven mindset.
- Experience in consumer electronics, warranty, or device protection services is an advantage.
