Key Responsibilities:

  • Start sessions on time and support staff, students, and guest speakers with access
  • Monitor waiting rooms, admit participants, mute/unmute, support screen sharing, and assist with breakout rooms
  • Troubleshoot basic Zoom issues such as audio, video, links, screen sharing, and participant support
  • Take attendance during assigned program days and track who is present, late, absent, or having tech issues
  • Start, stop, save, label, and organize Zoom recordings properly
  • Keep Zoom links, attendance records, recordings, and digital folders organized
  • Work directly with our Director and our Cyber Team when needed
  • Provide quick updates to the team about attendance, recordings, tech issues, or follow-up needs
  • Stay calm, flexible, and ready to pivot when plans change

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Strong and comfortable using Zoom
  • Organized, punctual, and dependable
  • Detail-oriented with attendance, recordings, and files
  • Calm under pressure
  • Patient with youth, staff, and guest speakers
  • Comfortable with basic administrative support
  • Open to innovative ideas that make the process smoother

Preferred Experience:

  • Managing Zoom meetings, webinars, or virtual workshops
  • Taking attendance or tracking participation
  • Organizing digital files, links, recordings, or shared folders
  • Using Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, or Google Sheets
  • Passion for youth or community programs

Compensation:

This is a seasonal subcontractor position with a set contractor rate starting at $2,500 for the summer, depending on experience, availability, Zoom skill level, organization, and ability to support attendance, recordings, and basic program needs.
