Roles and responsibilities

Support and assist in thesmooth running of the front office department, where all aspects ofthe guest journey and experience are delivered to the highestlevel, ensuring both property and company standards are attainedand adhered to.

Takes responsibility for theduties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work iscarried out in a timely and professionalmanner.

Collaborate with colleagues to maximizeguest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive andresponsive approach to enquiries and problemresolution.

Support and deliver on thestrategies and objectives of the front office department takingownership for assigned areas ofresponsibility.

Develops and builds own skills,knowledge and experience at every opportunity within front officedepartment, which aligns with the culture of growth, developmentand performance expected by thecompany.

Collaborates with the Head of Department, ensuring that departmental inventory is maintained,that productivity targets are achieved and performance levels areattained

Build and maintain effective workingrelationships, communicating with key stakeholders whilst promotingthe

company culture

and values.

Ensuresadherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements andbest practice activities are planned, delivered and documented forinternal and external audit, performing follow-up asrequired

Requirements of the Telephone Operator :

Experience in frontoffice

Ability to adapt to changing serviceenvironments
