Role Description:
We are seeking a Supplier Handling Executive to manage supplier relationships and support day-to-day supplier coordination activities. This role involves working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, accurate reporting, and effective supplier engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage supplier relationships and maintain regular communication with vendors.
• Coordinate and process supplier registration and onboarding documentation.
• Conduct supplier meetings, review calls, and follow-up discussions.
• Prepare and present booking, billing, and performance reports to suppliers.
• Track supplier activities, commitments, and action items.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, logistics, and operations teams.
• Resolve supplier-related issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation.
• Support supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Experience in supplier management, vendor coordination, procurement, account management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience handling reports, supplier documentation, and commercial communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and standard office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with international suppliers.
• Familiarity with electronics, components, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
• Knowledge of ERP, procurement, or supplier management systems is an advantage.
