The company operates through three integrated pillars: the 360kart Pro Platform, the 360kart Pro Shop, and the 360kart Innovation Hub. The Pro Platform drives creator engagement and content monetization through subscriptions and advertising. The Pro Shop enables retail businesses to increase Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and generates commission-based revenue. The Innovation Hub develops a strategic talent pipeline by recruiting, training, and integrating young professionals in Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.
Role Description As a Suppliers Onboarding Professional at 360kart Marketplace Ltd, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring a smooth and timely integration into the 360kart Pro ecosystem. You will source and vet potential suppliers, guide them through registration and documentation, and coordinate product listing setup, pricing, and catalog accuracy. Daily activities include communicating with suppliers via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing platform training, resolving onboarding issues, and collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Customer Support. You will monitor supplier performance during the initial launch period, collect feedback, and recommend improvements to onboarding workflows and tools. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Accra, with a mix of on-site supplier engagement and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications

  • Strong supplier relationship management skills, including outreach, negotiation, and account setup support.
  • Experience with onboarding processes, documentation management, and data accuracy for product catalogs and pricing.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms, marketplaces, or e-commerce tools, with the ability to provide basic training to new users.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Comfort working with basic analytics or dashboards to track onboarding progress, supplier performance, and key metrics.
  • Previous experience in marketplace operations, procurement, sales support, or vendor management is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Accra, with readiness for occasional field visits to suppliers.
